Welcome to PMB Journal Club!

The Journal Club has been shaped with an intention to discuss and share current knowledge in the field of Plant Molecular Biology. The general purpose of this club is to select the articles for systematic review and to make the GRAD students become familiar with the advanced literature in the field of Plant Genetics. Besides, this website provides information on current protocols, software and programming being used in various fields of study. The articles discussed in the club are summarized by the host in the form of objectives, methods, results and conclusions. Further, brief commentaries on the context, methods used, and applications of the findings are provided. 

You can find more than 40 publications that were carefully reviewed by the club since February, 2004. 

The PMB journal club meets every Wednesday at 12.00 PM for one hour (Spring, 2007).

Criteria

 *Member can choose any article of his/her choice to discuss but of interest to the Journal club

 *Member should send the article to student facilitator well in advance (at least a week)

 *Each presentation includes a 20-25 minute talk and discussion by members in the left-out time.
